Many years ago I made my first polymer clay sculpture. I was inspired by the descriptions of Anne McCaffrey’s little fire lizards and wanted to try my hand at bringing one to life. Since I already had a Breyer horse “sculpt-your-own” kit I wasn’t using I decided to re-purpose it. It took several months and lots of trial and error but my first dragon took to wing.
